Bus passe by me
I still have not been able to reach anyone who can help me at Academy. I called the (800) 442-**** number a few times.
I was told to call back on a different day and then I was told that buses to Port Auth in NYC are not handled by the dispatcher at that number. I was told to call (201) 538-**** but that person said they are not the right number, and gave no help. I called the 800 number again and was transferred to some extension and the phone kept ringing about 50 times before I hung up.
All I want is to reach someone who can help me with a refund. I was told by one of the operators that buses should stop at every stop, even if they are late.
This bus driver did not stop or even slow down to see me. I assume they are not used to passengers going from Lincroft to NYC in the eve.
Likely only commuters take the bus in the morning. dd

They operate buses that are prone to mechanical failures, bus doors that get stuck, and they take you to your detination to leave you there.
Have not heard from them, don't expect to, and don't want anything to do with them, just wanted to warn the folks in Boynton Beach Fl that they could face danger riding with Academy, they face the possibility of being left behind and NO ONE from them will care.
